House of Shewmaker is a Dallas-based boudoir photography studio creating artful, deeply personal experiences for women who are ready to see themselves differently.

And sometimes, that experience happens in New York City.

I travel to New York City to create boudoir sessions for women celebrating a new chapter, reclaiming a part of themselves, marking a milestone, or simply deciding that they are worth celebrating right now.

You don’t need to be a certain size.
You don’t need to know how to pose.
You don’t need to arrive feeling confident.

You just need to show up as yourself.

Your New York City Boudoir Experience

This isn’t a pop-in-and-take-a-few-photos kind of session.

Your experience begins long before the camera comes out. We’ll plan your wardrobe, talk through your vision, and make sure you know exactly what to expect. You’ll have professional hair and makeup, access to my client closet, and completely guided posing throughout your session.

Whether we’re creating something sleek and editorial, soft and intimate, dramatic and bold, or somewhere beautifully in between, the goal is always the same:

Create artwork that feels like you.

And when your session is over, we’ll sit down together for your private image reveal and choose the collection that best tells your story.

Your New York City session can take place in a private studio, hotel, rental, or another location that fits the vision we’re creating together.

You Don’t Have to Know What You’re Doing

“I’ve never done anything like this before.” Perfect.

You don’t need to know how to pose. You don’t need to know what looks good on camera. You don’t need to know how to move, where to put your hands, or how to look sexy without feeling awkward.

That’s my job. I’ll guide you through the entire session so you can stop worrying about what you’re supposed to do and actually experience it.

The Investment

Your New York City boudoir experience begins with a $2050 session fee.

Your session includes planning and preparation, wardrobe consultation and styling, access to the client closet, professional hair and makeup, your fully guided photography session, and your private image reveal.

Photographs and artwork are purchased separately.

Collections begin at $1,999, with most clients investing $4,000 in their finished artwork.
